3.Feature and application
The high-power, high-torque air-cooled or water-cooled electric spindle is used, and the drive system uses the Japanese Yaskawa private service.
The X, Y and Z axes of the equipment are all self-lubricating square scraping type linear guides in Taiwan. The load-bearing redundancy is large and the service life is long. For the high CNC numerical control equipment, the square linear guide has a life expectancy of 3 times longer than the round rail and high precision.
Imported four rows of steel balls, widened linear guides, self-lubricating blocks, equal force in all directions during engraving, ensuring mechanical precision and strength.
The intelligent processing cross-border protection prevents the mechanical layout from being caused by the design layout exceeding the processing width.
Diversified control can control the processing speed, idle speed and falling speed respectively, which greatly improves the quality and processing efficiency of processed products.
The SYNTEC system is especially suitable for mold making, cutting, boring, punching, engraving and so on. Offline operation is possible.
